This is a 300 gallon vertical cistern. We sneak pumps and controls in these cisterns while still having full access to the equipment. This cisterns are great in garages when only some storage is needed.

That float valve is a unique and VERY reliable valve that doesn't pinch off the water. It fully fills and then shuts off. Then it fully opens. AND it's fully accessible.
