“To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life.” Rev. 21:6.
After all of the gyrations that we go through here on earth, we often forget that we’re given this life as an opportunity to find, love and then serve God. Scripture unfolds an Almighty God who loves us so much and wants us to interact with Him directly. On the other hand, religion is the bureaucracy that man needs to ‘help God out’. I actually despise “religion”. God wants us to have a direct, personal relationship with him and to participate in a good local church.
If you are interested in learning more about God, call me or my bride. . . Hey, we ARE a full service company that does our best to get you great water. Helping you find Living Water is that all-time best deal we can offer you . . . Life forever – for free!
Quite often, part of what we do here at Justice Water Systems, Inc. is welcome newcomers to our gorgeous area. My bride and I have a standing offer with anyone who wants to attend Sunday morning services with us – we’d like to take you and your family to lunch and get to know you. We’d like to introduce you to a bunch of people who love God and try their best to live like it.
We attend Amazing Grace Church here in Aspen Springs. This is a church that meets the needs of our poor in our community – physically and spiritually. Pastor Mark leads by honoring God by committing the entire church to give to the poor. Our little church runs an active food bank, cuts, splits and gives away firewood, and many of our church participate in giving away weddings complete with the dress, the cake, the service, the premises and the organization.
You will never attend a service like our Sunday Morning Service. The church building is called the Sheep Barn. A bell is rung outside at 10:00 am to start the service. Pastor’s wife provides a 5 Star Breakfast at 10:00 am. There is straw on the floor of the Sheep Barn. There might be a dog or two running around in the Sheep Barn – pay attention to your plate of food! The older kids go outside to the Tree House / Fort for their Sunday School Classes. . . I could go on and on.
One of the things that my bride and I love about Pagosa Springs is that the people of the various churches abandon the ‘white picket fences’ of their individual churches and meet throughout the week for Discipleship, Bible Studies, Prayer Quilting, Music, and many other activities. The ‘Body of Christ’ is alive and well in Pagosa.
